Shipping

Q. How much does the shipment of my order cost?
A fixed contribution of € 4.50 (VAT included) is required for deliveries throughout Italy. Additionally, free shipping applies to purchases over 30 euros in Italy and over 90 euros throughout Europe.

> All orders received and processed by 6pm will be received by the customer within 2 or 3 working days.

> Orders placed over the weekend and processed by 3pm on Sunday will be received by the customer within 2 or 3 working days.

> Since your package is entrusted to the carrier from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail about it.

> From the day your package reaches the GLS warehouse you will be informed via e-mail in which you will find the shipping information and delivery.

> GLS will deliver your package during working hours: 8.30am – 1.00pm and 2.30pm – 6.30pm.

> GLS will attempt two deliveries to your address

> If it happens that after 2 failed delivery attempts, GLS will send your package to one of their depots, where it will be possible to collect your package within 10 days. GLS will inform the customer of this possibility of collection.

> GLS has more than 150 depots throughout Italy.

> We only accept payments in advance or cash on delivery (payment on delivery). The courier can only receive payment on delivery in cash, this applies to home delivery. If you have requested a firm deposit with GLS, you can pay by credit card or in cash.

> You can track your order on the following address: https://www.gls-italy.com/en/services-for-recipients/parcel-tracking> When you receive your package, please check that everything is in norm, especially if the package does not have any tape, or has another type of tape than the one used by Ciamane.

> In the case of a dented package, request specific notification to the courier. If in doubt you always have the right to refuse the package, if you opt for this option please contact us so we can find the best solution for you.

> In case of reporting of damage or dents to the package, the courier's ability to refuse the complaint will be reduced.

> If you receive a package and notice that it is damaged, please contact our customer service.

> We ship to Italian territory or European territories

Q. In how many days will I receive my order?
Shipment will take place within 24/72 hours after sending the Order Confirmation email, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in the time slot 9 - 18.
Delivery times are 24/48 working hours but may be longer in the case of less accessible areas:> 2 to 3 working days for the islands> 2 to 6 working days for more remote areasYou can see the delivery status in the order confirmation.

Q. Can I ship an order overseas?
Shipments outside the Italian territory are made via UPS, DHL, Fedex, SDA

Q. How do I check the status of my shipment?
You will receive an e-mail notification when we entrust the Order to the courier, with the link that will allow tracking of the shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Q. Within how many days can I return the products?
You have the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order. We will only accept the return of products with an intact and untampered anti-theft seal, inside the original Ciamane packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return of cosmetic products without the seal or having an altered seal. Before proceeding, you can contact our Customer Service for any information. The costs of the return shipment are charged to the customer. In the event of a positive verification, you will receive the refund via the same method of purchase within 30 working days of receiving the products.
